The Summer Transition Program is designed for students ages 15-21, to directly assist young adults in the transition to living independently within the community.

Annual ADA Anniversary Celebrations
Events to celebrate the 17th Annual Anniversary of the ADA are being planned now in Sioux Falls, DeSmet, Yankton, Mitchell, and other communities. Please contact your local Prairie Freedom Center office for more information.

Special Events and Fundraisers
